Job Description

A postdoctoral position is available in the newly established Genetics and Genomics Department of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University. The positions aim to elucidate the molecular and cellular mechanisms of human Mendelian disorders with an emphasis on cellular protein quality control pathways. Salary is tax-free and is in the range of 11,000-13,000 UAE Dirhams per month, commensurate with training and experience. Minimum Qualification: The successful candidates should have at least a Ph.D. degree in biomedical sciences or bioinformatics.

Expected Skills/Rank/Experience: Extensive research experience in more than one of the following research areas: molecular biology, bioinformatics, cell biology, genomics, human molecular genetics, or protein chemistry.
