Amrita Center for Industrial Research and Innovation (ACIRI), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, invites application for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a sponsored project funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, titled “Polysaccharide Based Activatable Vesicle for Programmed Delivery of Chemotherapeutics to the Colon Cancer.

Starting Date: within the next few months or before

Duration: 24 months

Salary: As per DST norms

Required Qualification: MSc. in Organic Chemistry, two years R& D research experience preferable in medicinal chemistry/ pharma/CRO

He/She has to work under the supervision of Dr. Sankarprasad Bhuniya, Research Professor, Amrita Centre For Industrial Research & Innovation, Coimbatore.

Dr. Sankarprasad Bhuniya as of now fills in as Research Professor at Amrita Center for Industrial Research and Innovation and Amrita Center for Excellence in Advanced Materials and Green Technologies.

Dr. Sankarprasad Bhuniya did M. Sc. in Chemistry (1995) and Ph. D. (Polymer) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2000.
